ADA Web Work is a division of Linnflux, Inc. (“ADA Web Work,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit adawebwork.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We wrote it in plain language. If anything is unclear, ask us and a person will answer.
Information We Collect
- Information you give us. When you request a consultation, our form asks for your company name, company website, contact name, email address, and phone number. Only your name and email address are required. If you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to share.
- Technical data. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses and browser details, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking on this website.
How We Use Information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the consultation or services you request
- To review the website you send us so we can quote accessibility work accurately
- To manage client projects, billing, and support
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
We keep inquiry correspondence so we can pick up the conversation where it left off. Client records are kept for the life of the engagement and for as long as our legal and tax obligations require. Because we support our completed work, including legal inquiries about it, project records may be kept for as long as that work remains relevant.
What We Don’t Do
- We do not sell or rent your personal information.
- We do not send marketing email you haven’t asked for.
- We do not run advertising or tracking scripts on this site.
Cookies
This website does not set marketing or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set a small number of strictly necessary cookies for security, such as bot protection. Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to block spam, and Google may set cookies when it loads.
Service Providers
We use a small set of providers to run this website and our business. Each receives only the information it needs to do its job:
- Cloudflare: website hosting, content delivery, and security
- Tally: contact form processing (Tally privacy policy)
- Google: reCAPTCHA spam protection on our form, and Google Workspace for business email (Google privacy policy)
- Square: invoicing and payment processing for clients. Card details go directly to Square and never touch our systems.
Our own pages, including their fonts, are served from our site. Our consultation form is provided by Tally. When the form loads, it and its reCAPTCHA spam check connect your browser to Tally’s and Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.
Links to Other Sites
Our site links to our Facebook, X, and Instagram pages and to other websites. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not cover them.
Your Choices and Rights
You may ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example, California or Canada), local privacy law may give you additional rights. We honor reasonable requests wherever you are.
Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and organizations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, we will update it here with a new “last updated” date. We will tell active clients directly about material changes.
